Dragon Age: Origins is a dark heroic fantasy set in a unique world. As the spiritual successor of BioWare’s popular Baldur’s Gate series of games, it uses a pause-and-play tactical combat system. Play in over-the-shoulder mode, or the more tactical top-down view.
Due out on Oct 20th to feed the RPG habit… replacing addictions such as Mass Effect, Oblivian & Two Worlds.

Borderlands sends up to four co-op players to the harsh frontier planet Pandora in search of a mysterious Alien Vault. Featuring unique First Person Roleplaying Shooter gameplay, you’ll customize your character as you explore and battle enemies in frantic FPS combat.

Also due out in Oct Borderlands looks like a lot of fun. It’s an intreaging mix of FPS & RPG with Cooperative Play designed into the game from the ground up.
